Abby Vichill

Abby is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and is currently finishing her Master of Science in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University. She completed her Bachelor of Science with a degree in Dietetics from the University of Dayton and went on to complete a dietetic internship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, with an emphasis in research applications. Abby has had a passion for health and fitness from a young age, participating in multiple sports throughout her high school career. Beginning in college, Abby began her journey in the sport of CrossFit, competing on a team at the regional level in 2018. During her undergraduate education, Abby became involved with FWDfuel, developing and writing research-based nutrition blogs. She has continued to grow her knowledge of integrative and functional nutrition working as an intern for the Institute for Functional Nutrition Academy. Throughout Abby’s extensive nutrition education and competitive athletic endeavors, she has developed a true passion for health and wellness, with a strong interest in functional sports nutrition. Abby currently works as a registered dietitian for FWDfuel, helping athletes from a variety of competitive levels optimize their performance through nutrition.
