This rule is a reminder that in an industry filled with people preying on your insecurities, we see you as more than your appearance. 

We’re here to help you live healthier lives, so we like to keep the conversation on the pillars that uphold that: movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and social connection.  We aim to support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle, which often means fat loss is not the first step. It’s more helpful to focus on habits and the processes that make us healthier instead of hyper fixating on body weight. If we don’t nail the basics, we aren’t ready for that journey.
