Our group program was designed to let go of restrictive diets and develop flexible, sustainable habits. This isn’t a quick fix: build a better relationship with food, increase your nutrition knowledge, and feel empowered along the way.
Fall semester begins September 4th! Our meetings will be on September 7th, October 5th, and November 2nd, at 6 pm.
