Step One: Free, No obligation Strategy Session

Our professionally trained coaches will sit down with you to learn about your health history, any past injuries, your training history and your specific goals.

Step Two: Fit3D Body Scan

Establish your baseline measurements and track your progress:
  • Weight
  • Body Fat %
  • Lean Mass
  • Fat Mass
  • Circumference measurements including waist, hip, thighs, etc.

Step Three: Assessment

Our joint assessments determine the first steps in your program at Paragon. After discussing your injury history, we assess each joint to discover if you have any movement deficiencies. From this information, we determine the ideal starting point and assign self care strategies to help you take control of your own body! Depending on your goals, these assessments can be used as a starting point for further joint specific training and/or as a prerequisite to private and group classes.

Step Four: Personal Training or Group Fitness classes

Depending on your schedule and your budget, you will find yourself one on one with one of our Certified Personal Trainers or in a small group fitness class. Your personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes will consist of:
  • A personalized mobility routine specific to your body’s needs
  • Strength training circuits focused on our major movement patterns:
  •     - Squat
  •     - Hinge
  •     - Push
  •     - Pull
  •     - Core
  • Cardiovascular routine designed to enhance fat loss and maximize efficiency.
