Is there a long term commitment?

Following your 2-week trial period, you’ll have the opportunity to begin your monthly

membership. At this time, you are committing to your first 3 months of training with us. After your

first 3 months, you may cancel or change your membership at any time. See the cancellation

instructions on the Membership Dashboard.

How does billing work?

All memberships are billed every 4 weeks with the price determined by your membership level.

How flexible is the scheduling?

If you're on one of our traditional memberships, you can cancel a reservation and book another session within the same week using Zenplanner as long as you do so at least 3 hours prior to the session start time.

If you're on one of our flex memberships, you're able to cancel a session and reschedule it to any day within the month, following the same 3-hour cancellation window mentioned above.

Sessions which are not cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the class starting are not eligible for makeup or rescheduling, regardless of membership.
