Class Schedule



STRENGTH

"Strength" group sessions are structured to maximize muscle strength while creating a perfect storm of events to enhance fat loss. Your coach will lead you through a full body strength workout, set up in circuits. You'll hit every major muscle group in every Strength session, making sure we focus on major movement patterns such as Squatting, Pushing, and Pulling. Whether you're an experienced lifter or you're new to the game, you'll find yourself pushing your strength to new heights, enjoying a tremendous amount of fat loss in the process.


RESTORE

Christie s Restorative Yoga combines a traditional vinyasa yoga practice with Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) to improve your health, inside and out. FRC is a joint and mobility system developed through scientific research. The benefits of this powerful combination include increased usable range of motion, joint strength and control, as well as flexibility through yoga. Along with this, students will find improved posture and respiratory health, an introduction to brief meditations, and training longevity. This class will greatly support one s current fitness program as well as day to day life. It s open to all levels providing modifications and progressions.

IGNITE

"Ignite" sessions replace a boring cardio routine with a fun and challenging interval training class. You'll burn a ton of calories, increase your post-exercise metabolic rate and have fun in the process. You won't find yourself plodding on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a time-- instead, you'll use equipment such as the TRX, kettlebells, ropes, VersaClimber, medicine balls, rowers, slideboards and more for an interval-style workout. You ll have a blast and you ll kick start your fat loss for the entire week!
