If you’ve ever hesitated to pick up heavier weights because you don’t want to “bulk up,” you’re not alone. It’s a very common fear, and since we’re in a strength block and there is so much misinformation online, let’s clear the air! Here’s the truth: lifting heavier weights won’t make you bulky.
A Strength Block is a focused 12-week phase where we gradually increase the weight you lift with the goal of improving your maximum force output — in other words, your strength.
Muscle growth (hypertrophy) requires consistent effort directed toward a few key training variables. You don’t need to be perfect in any one area, but each one needs to be good enough to trigger results.
