Freeze my membership

You have the option to put your monthly membership on hold for up to 4 weeks per calendar year. We require a 10-day notice for any hold. During this hold period, you will not incur any charges related to your membership. If our membership rates go up while you’re on hold, your rate will stay the same when you return! Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate but your bill date is extended so you don’t miss a session.

If you have exceeded the 4-week hold allotment per calendar year, or if we have any other issues placing your account on hold, you will receive an email from [email protected]. Otherwise, upon submission of this form you may assume that your membership will be placed on hold for your requested dates.

By marking 'yes,' I understand that once my hold ends, my membership and billing will automatically resume. I also understand that my requested hold date is subject to our gym's policies and procedures.
