Following your strategy session, one of our qualified trainers will take you through an assessment based upon your goals. Our thorough assessment process takes all of the guesswork out of your individualized training plan.
OUR ASSESSMENTS
FUNCTIONAL RANGE ASSESSMENT®
At Paragon, we use The Functional Range Assessment system (FRA®) to measure the range of motion of each joint. The assessment process is safe and effective, using only your own body to identify specific abnormalities present in each joint.
BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT
Establish your baseline measurements and track your progress:
Weight, Body Fat %, Lean Mass, Fat Mass & Circumference measurements including waist, hip, thighs, etc.
AEROBIC ASSESSMENT
Determine the appropriate intensity zones to maximize cardiovascular health and development.
TRAINING
ONE-ON-ONE OR SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
Depending on your schedule and your budget, you will find yourself one-on-one with one of our Certified Personal Trainers or in a semi-private training session. Your sessions will consist of:
Personalized mobility routine
Optimize movement, mitigate pain, increase range of motion while attaining long-lasting resilience.
Strength Training
Strength circuits focused on improving major movement patterns and muscle groups.
Cardiovascular Training
Improve aerobic fitness and fat burning with low-impact tools such as bikes, rowers, and the VersaClimber.
