your first two weeks

Your first time in the gym you’ll get your fitness assessed, discuss goals, and develop a schedule that fits into your life. To do this, we need to have a full understanding of your past and current health, lifestyle, and injury history. 

After your initial session, we’ll schedule you into introductory training sessions to build a strong foundation and meet our coaches before you commit to joining.


The training program

Stop exercising and start training. Our attentive coaching, expert programming, and self-paced training sessions deliver seriously sustainable results.

By maintaining only 4 trainees to 1 coach, we guarantee that you will receive the attention you deserve to learn proper technique with close guidance. 

Our team creates programs based on evidence and emerging science. Every program includes power, strength, and endurance custom tailored to your body’s needs and personal goals. You can expect to spend the majority of your session with weights in your hands, however we do include work with plyometric and cardio equipment as well.

You can track your fitness progress through the True Coach app, which you’ll be invited to after your orientation session.


Your membership

Memberships are subscriptions, billed automatically every 4 weeks. Missed sessions can be carried over, so you have the opportunity to make them up. Pricing is determined by the number of days a week you plan to train. Each membership includes:

  • Fit3D body scans every 3 months (optional)
  • True Coach membership to track your progress
  • Monthly online check-ins for further accountability and customization

An option of:

  • 2 days a week
  • 3 days a week
  • Unlimited

Because consistent attendance is required for optimal results, we require a 3 month commitment. With that being said, we do allow members to freeze their accounts for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
